The correct way to pack a Snake before being boxed and transported:-
Under 10ft should be in a plastic reptile container inside a polybox surrounded with scrunched newspaper which will retain heat and provide protection
Up to 10ft should be securely placed in a zip tied snake bag (size suitable for the snake) then placed in a pillow case.
Over 10ft should be transported in a secure plastic container with suitable bedding
