Payment

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal and BACS payment

Cheques are accepted but monies must be cleared before collection.

Tax Charges

VAT rate charged at 17.5% (Inclusive in all our prices)

Collection/Delivery

On the appointed day we contact the collection address to advice eta then once in transit we keep in contact by phone to the recipient to advice them of our eta.

Our aim is to keep as accurate as we can to our schedule if this is not adhered to we keep you the customer aware at all times.

All livestock should be packaged according to health and safety and are to be labelled clearly with name, address and contact number of the recipient.

All livestock should be checked on delivery and signed for by recipient

In the unlikely event that a livestock is dead on arrival EKA Pet Couriers accept no responsibility unless the cause was due to vehicle breakdown.

 EKA Pet Couriers are also not liable in the event that there is a death of livestock after the delivery has been made.

EKA Pet Couriers do not disclose customer's information other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment; in this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
